While details are scarce, it seems the government’s VET inquiry has a less wide than vast brief. According to officials it will investigate how government, “can strengthen the VET system to ensures Australians have the skills they need to succeed in a changing labour market.” Apparently, reviewer Steven Joyce will consult widely with interest groups and agencies and accept submissions – although he might be light-on for company.
