Today’s ranking is from QS which lists achieving universities in Asia, based on metrics including academic and employer perceptions of an institution. Singapore’s Nanyang Technological U and the National University of Singapore take the first two spots, followed by Hong Kong U of Science and Technology, the University of Hong Kong, Tsinghua U, Fudan U, City U of Hong Kong, Peking U and Chinese U of Hong Kong. China, including Hong Kong accounts for 25 per cent of the 400 listings. Japan has 77, South Korea 44 and India has 35.
